We met during our sophomore year of high school, but became closer friends when we shared more classes during our senior year. Shout out AP English Literature and Multivariable Calculus!

We graduated high school and went our separate ways for college, but promised to remain friends and catch up every once in a while!

When the COVID-19 pandemic sent us home from school early, we reconnected back in Lexington. We spent lots of time reading in the park, hiking in the Red River Gorge, and watching movies!

Started dating!

Celebrated 1 year of dating long-distance! Many school breaks were spent meeting between Lexington, Winston Salem, and Hanover.

Moved to Edinburgh, Scotland together for a study abroad program! We had so much fun exploring Europe this fall.

Moved to Chicago together for summer internships! Shared a tiny studio apartment and realized we never got sick of each other :)

Both of us graduated college in May/June 2023! Go Deacs and Big Green!

Drew proposed while on a backpacking trip in the Grand Tetons! Neither of us had showered in four days, but the location couldn't have been more perfect! Just us in the woods :)

After leaving the States in September 2023, we were officially sworn in as Peace Corps Volunteers in Lesotho! Khotso, pula, nala!

Finished our Peace Corps service and said goodbye to our host family and community in Lesotho. Now, we're back stateside and getting excited to see you all in July!
